Computer Down

Well, we're back from Mexico and had an absolute blast!! But, it was SO good to come home and hug and kiss our little boy :)

I have so much fun stuff to blog about, but sadly, our computer went ka-put. Well, really just the charging cord and battery (thankgoodness), but still, no computer means no blogging...until the parts are delivered :(

I'm sneaking on Michael's work computer to say hi and to leave you with a daily dose of Bryson :)

I looove how adorable his little words are!! :)

Meanwhile...

While Michael and I were in Mexico, Bryson stayed with both sets of his grandparents. I know he had SOO much fun spending this special time with them. They reported that he was wonderful, happy and super fun the whole week. That makes me so happy!! Here are a few pictures of what Mr. B was up to all week...

Grandma and Papa's

(I have no idea why these rotated sideways...  tilt your head to the right for the next 20 seconds :) )

Grandma and Bryson were waiting for us when we got back and it was SOO good to see them!! I know Bryson LOVED being with them, because Bryson was saying "bye bye" and blowing kisses out the window as Grandma drove away and when he couldn't see the car anymore, he turned around and yelled "oh no!!!"  Then, he spent the next 10 minutes searching the house for Papa! It was adorable :)

I know I've said it a million times, and I will probably say it a million more, but we are SO blessed with our families. We love them so much and love how much they love Bryson. Thank you for being silly, having fun, and taking such good care of our baby while we were gone.
We love you!!

How to Crack a Coconut in Cozumel

Step 1: Jump really high and pull down a coconut

Step 2: Take pictures because you're thrilled that you actually got one of those suckers down!

Step 3: Bang it on the corner of bricks and concrete over and over and over..

Step 4: Feel a little relief that all the banging might actually be working when you see the actual coconut

Step 5: Success!! Drink the fruits coconut milk of your the boys' hard labor

Step 6: Clean up the mess

It was really fun to watch the boys crack open the cocnut. In the 45+ minutes we were standing there watching them (even with my attempt to stand in the shade of a tiny pole) I got so burned!!

At least the boys can say they have cracked a cocnut with their own two hands!! :)

Cozumel

Michael and I just got back from Cozumel with our best friends. It was amazing! We had more than our fair share of fun, sun, swimming, food and tropical drinks.

The weather was forcasted to be dark and stormy every single day we were there. Thankfully, it only rained for a few hours total the whole trip!

Michael and I went scuba diving the first full day we were there. It never disappoints. I love diving, and now he is addicted, too. Pretty sure all future vacations will involve diving :) Our resort was actually a really well known dive resort, so most of visitors were divers. It was fun to talk and compare dives
We did 2 dives and went down 95 feet and saw some beautiful coral, turtles, fish and a sting ray.

We had SO much fun with Ray and Alicia just laying around and being silly and enjoying sweet friendships.
Get ready for picture overload:

We had such a great week in Cozumel!!

Michael and I called and talked to Bryson several times while we were gone and it was SO good to hear his little voice. I ton a ton of videos of Bryson on my phone so I could watch them while we were gone. I also made Bryson a book called "Mommy and Daddy love Bryson" so he could still see us while we were in Mexico. :) Bryson had a BLAST with both sets of his grandparents. He was great the whole week and probably didn't even bat an eye that we were gone. Pictures of his week with grandparents to come... :)
