Phone Dump Hodge Podge

I really haven't been very good about taking pictures lately, but I have quite a few piled up from the last few weeks :) Thankfully, my mom is camera happy and sends me her pics!

He made up a song about how Daddy was at work, but he needs to come home because he's in our family. It was adorable!

He also loves to talk on the phone like "an adult" :)

Playing in the water :)

The kid loves water!! He's so happy to be taking baths again. He only had a hand full of baths while I was pregnant because I could barely sit let alone bend over and bath him. He always took showers, which he also loves now!

He helped me make animal waffles one morning. He is such a great helper. He wants to help everyone do anything they're doing
Aunt Steph and Trey came over for dinner and played lots of Play Doh with B :)

Ready to go hit golf balls with Papa! He took him to the DAC and rode in a golf cart and everything. B LOVED it!! The next morning he went to the Byron Nelson with Michael and Jonathan and had sooo much fun!

My mom and B "grew sponges" for about an hour one day. He thought it was so cool!

We kept telling B not to push out the lens on his glasses, but he chose to do it anyway. When it finally fell out, he had to act happy about it, even though he was pretty bummed they actually broke, so he put them on his face and said, "see, these are perfect now. I can touch my eye!!" haha! yes bud, thats exactly what sun glasses are for ;)
Going anywhere with the girls is a big ordeal. I don't have the luxury of just running to the store real quick anymore. I usually go on the long trips at night after everyone is asleep. But when I do take them out, everyone stops me to look at them and ask about them. One of my friends that has twins says she feels like a D-list celebrity and its soo trure!! :)

Bryson has never liked mashed potatoes, so one day i put them in a fake plastic ice cream cone and now all of a sudden, he loves them! ;)

Phone Dump Friday

I have taken about a thousand pictures on my phone since the girls were born. I won't post all of them...I promise ;)

Since Em & M have been sick off and on pretty much since they were born, we haven't been able to go see Ellie because we didn't want to take any chances of getting her sick. They fiiiinally got to play sleep together this week! Ellie is only 5 weeks older then the girls. This is definitely the beginning of a long wonderful friendship!!

We went to an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday. It was really chilly outside! Bryson LOVED it though :)

All 5 of us went out to eat for the first time on Friday. We let Bryson choose where we went and he chose sushi. Good choice, kiddo!!

We finally got to celebrate my dad's birthday!

The girls and I do this. A LOT. Well, I try to as much as I can anyway.
There is nothing better than newborn cuddles. And we get it times two!! :)

Sleepy sleepy!

I looooooove baby toes!!

And I love this little man and how much he loves "his babies" :)

Alicia's mom made these precious hats for the girls!

Bryson needed to do a little tummy time with his sisters

Phone Dump Friday

From last week:

Bryson went to a "Big Brother Class" at our hospital. He LOVED it! Michael and I had pretty much talked to him about everything the nurse went over in the class (babies cry a lot, Mommy is going to be busy, but still loves you, you always have to see their faces when you put on a blanket, etc) so he loved speaking out and answering all the questions. The kid doesn't have a shy bone in his body :)

Michael and my mom have been AMAZING!!! Since I can't do much at all, they have pretty much taken over and helped out more than I could ever put into words. They did a lot of little things in the nursery to help get it ready for the girls. (I'll post pictures soon of it all done!)

One of the ladies I work with dropped off all of these for the girls! I was in shock when I saw the huge stack outside our door. I was blown away with her kindness! SOOO amazing!!

We all love getting in our Ellie snuggles :)

This week:

We HAD to wash Bryson's jerseys one day and he had to keep a veeerry close eye on them. He stayed in there for over 10 minutes! The kid is absolutely obsessed with all things sports (most definitely his father's son!!)

Momma's boy! I love him so much!

Bryson is so in love with Ellie. He talks about her as if she is his sister. He was reaching in and talking to her and put his finger delicately on her arm. She grabbed onto it and he looked up at me with the biggest grin and whispered, "oh she loves me!" Such a sweet boy :)

He also likes to sit next to me, pull up my shirt and feel the girls move. He spends so much time talking and singing to his sisters. It melts my heart!! I can not wait to see him with them :)

One of the perks of having a sister that is a fashion designer at Fossil is that you get a beautiful scarf named after you!! :)

Someone gave us this little kitchen play set for the girls and Bryson went to town playing with it. He played with it for an hour and a half one day. I even took a little nap while he was cooking up a storm :)

Randoms

Get ready for a little phone dump from the past month! ;)

Bryson was learning Ecclesiastes 4:9 Two are better than one. They gave everyone one boy and one girl picture to glue on their paper. His teacher told me he begged for 2 girls because he has 2 sisters ;)

We play a game called "follow my line" and I draw a line and he tries to cut on the line. He's got some pretty amazing fine motor skills. We also play the game where he uses a arker and traces my lines/letters/numbers. He gets SOO proud when he does it!!

SO into Legos right now. You can kinda see the picture in the background, but he followed the picture completely on his own and built the house!

We take B to Home Depot on the first Saturday of every month for the Kid's Workshop. He absolutely loves "building all the projects with Daddy"

I almost never enter giveaways, but I loved these little headbands so much, I couldn't pass it up...and I won! My friend Stacy at Elegantly Ellie makes the most adorable headbands :) Can't wait for our girls to wear them!!

This was going to be one of the pictures on our Christmas card...until I realized Bryson was copying Daddy...only not on my belly ;)

Just because. He is always SO happy and fully of energy

Another love....play doh!

I had more, but they are taking foooooorever to download and I'm sleepy. :)
